A serious game is a live case study in which the computer determines the effects of your decisions. You analyze a situation and decide how to act (Actando). They serve as a learning laboratory, in which you can practice and apply the concepts taught during an eLearning or an in-class. These business simulations are based on complex algorithms developed by experts.

Simpact Brand Management

Participants have to build and implement a brand plan. They have to build a patient flow using the data and information provided in the case study, use market research techniques available to identify growth opportunities and customer insights. They then have to analyse the market, product, competitors to finally create a SWOT. Based on this SWOT, participants have to choose the right strategy and positioning.

They then have to build the right segmentation framework and adapt the sales and marketing tactics (multi-channel mix) on each selected customer groups. They will then have to forecast their plan to build their Profit and Loss Statement. The simulation calculates the impact of their plan in sales and profit (commercial contribution). Participants will be able to simulate different scenarios and monitor their plan over one year.
